PC and Apple Remote Support

Remote Support

Rust Desk

Secure Remote Help

For remote support, we currently use RustDesk. It’s free, open source, and lets us create a secure connection to your PC or Mac so we can help you troubleshoot from wherever you are.

RustDesk also works on iPhone and Android, but setup is more involved. It does not update automatically, so you may need to install the latest version before each remote support session.

How it works

Getting Connected

After installation, open RustDesk and locate your ID and one-time password in the upper-left corner.

Only Share your ID by Phone

Protect your identity: never share your ID online, and only provide it by phone when you know exactly who you’re speaking with.

You may get a prompt

When your computer asks you to allow remote control, click Accept so we can connect and provide remote support.
