We can remotely connect to your computer so that we can see what you can see which allows us to help troubleshoot or setup your device or software.
What to expect
You will need to download the remote support software that we use called RustDesk. Once it is installed, you can open it and then you will get an ID and Password.
Once we are talking on the phone, you can give us your ID and Password over the phone and then you will be prompted to allow us to connect and see your screen.
Please note: Each time Remote Support is performed we will have to repeat the same steps to get the latest version of RustDesk and give the ID and Password over the phone. We will not be able to connect to your computer without your permission.
